I can’t tell you how many companies have sent their employees to me because they want to promote them, but when they walk in a room, they blend in with their subordinates. - Get honest with yourself – Is there something you know you need to be doing, but keep putting it off? This could be the reason why you’re comparing yourself. Maybe you know deep down inside that you’re better, need to commit, push past your fears, and finally level up your life! Take responsibility for feeling insecure, and get to work! Why? Because you know you’re better.
