The services, products and programs have been developed to support our clients through life's many transitions. We help you arrive at each new milestone with poise and confidence that can only come from looking your best. Let Polished assist you in getting dressed in the morning without all the stress!
It’s time to walk in the world like you own it! Because you and I both know there is nothing more powerful than a well-dressed woman.
I have developed the Polished ID Method™, a proven systematic process that incorporates science and fashion to define your Polished ID. This method is repeatable and timeless, so when clients need to get it back together, all they need to do is take themselves back through the Polished ID Method.
As we transition through life, we evolve and our image and style should also.
My philosophy is very simple:
1. "Clothes talk even when we are silent"
2. "Style is not expensive, and fashion does not have to be!"
But fortunately, fashion saved me. I was a troubled teen in the San Francisco Bay, who constantly felt like I was on the fast track to nowhere.
I wanted more for myself, so I began working on how I presented myself through personal style. Then, I enrolled in college at twenty years old because I wanted to send a different message and be taken seriously.
When I stepped onto the San Francisco State University campus, I had no idea where the college would lead me. I initially was a civil engineering major, but an industrial technology course introduced me to what quickly became one of the first loves of my life—and that was manufacturing and fashion.
I came as an oversized jeans, Birkenstock, and t-shirt wearing freshman. I left a woman on a mission to define her own path to success, to take the fashion world by storm, and to look damn good and confident doing it.
My approach worked! I graduated with academic awards for my work in the fashion industry and was hired for my first corporate fashion job at a prestigious company 6 months before I graduated.
"My life changed the day I put on a suit and took complete control of my image." Within 6 months, I was chosen to start traveling the world, and I have never looked back.
Throughout my 25-year career in the fashion industry, I've done it all—from being an Executive Buyer for a major department store to an International Production Manager for designer labels, and even a creative director for a magazine.
In every one of those roles, success meant driving the style choices of shoppers on a global scale. So with every step in my career, I've been helping people choose clothing that makes a statement about who they are. And I absolutely love it.
POLISHED is very personal to me. This company is not only a culmination of my industry experience but a reflection of my life.
Every major milestone of my life, from an entry-level associate to executive to entrepreneur, to wife and mom, and everything in between, required me to redefine my personal style to reflect the "Robin" I wanted the world to see.
I meet women daily who are in the midst of transitions in their lives, and I know exactly where they are and what they need because I have been there. I love putting women in clothing that makes them feel alive! beautiful and watching them confidently enter the next phases of their lives and careers.
POLISHED is my passion, and I'm extremely blessed and grateful to live it out in everything we do for clients.
