There is nothing like an amazing home facial to bring your skin back to LIFE!
Have you ever looked in the mirror and not recognized yourself? I’m talking about the very moment you know you need a spa appointment ASAP!
Well, with all this staying at home lately, that’s been me. So I decided to perfect my 4 Step Home Facial with drug store products that I can get quickly. And I have to be honest… I love the results.
Since turning 40, I’ve realized that I have to take much better care of my skin and hair than before. So I started investing more time in at-home beauty rituals that fit into my busy schedule.
Over the years, I honestly have become addicted to home spa treatments, especially when I can do them in 4 steps or less! Trust me, the results I’ve been getting are amazing.
Check out the 4 steps I’ve been following at home including drug store products I’m currently using for my spa style facials. These products are truly getting the job done…
There is nothing like the feeling of fresh clean skin! I like washing my face with a basin of warm water using a splashing method. First, I fill my basin 1/2 full of hot water and dip my hands in the water to make them damp before adding the cleanser. Next, I add the cleanser to my hands and gently rub it into my face and neck using small circular motions. When I’m ready to rinse, I splash my face with the hot water 15 times, so that the cleanser becomes soapy. Then, I rinse again with warm running water from the faucet.
I honestly rely on an old faithful for this one! I’ve been using St.Ives Apricot Scrub for years. They’re not lying when they say ‘fresh skin’! This scrub is guaranteed to get all the dead skin off your face so it can breath!
Extracting the oil and dirt out of your pores makes your skin glow! I love waking up the next day after using this Neutrogena Deep Clean Purifying Peel-Off Face Mask!
Did you know that coconut oil treats acne prone skin? It’s also a great primer to moisturize the skin before applying makeup! If I do my home facial regimen at night, I load on the coconut oil to ensure my skin is nice and dewy in the morning.
And that’s it! How easy is that???
