The weather has totally started changing, and It’s all about amazing fashion coats this season.
As the temperature drops, it’s important to have your fashion coats ready to go! The fall season can often catch you off guard, and I can honestly say I was not prepared for the cold weather that showed up this week. It was warm one minute and cold the next!
Fall is my favorite time of year because I get to layer on my clothes!
Growing up in the breezy San Francisco Bay Area, I learned the art of piling on clothes, and I love finishing my look off with an amazing coat!
The key to picking an amazing coat rests on three things:
- Color – Are you a neutral girl, or do you need a pop of color?
- Details – Pay attention to the scale of the buttons and zippers. Make sure the size does not overwhelm you, and the scale complements your natural facial features.
- Function – Will you wear it? Think about your current lifestyle needs and determine how many times you will wear it during the season. If you can’t see yourself wearing it often, admire it, and leave it (I know… heartbreaking, but your wallet will thank you).
